- Account information: Your email address and hashed password when you register.
- Verification data: Email addresses you submit for verification and the results of those checks (MX records, SMTP responses, disposability, etc.).
- Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: API requests, credit consumption, job history, and browser/device information (IP address, user agent) for security and analytics.

- Process payments and manage your credit balance.

- HubSpot — CRM and email marketing (only if you opt in to marketing communications).
- Cloud hosting provider — servers and database infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share your uploaded email lists with any party outside of what is required to operate the service.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and rate limiting on all endpoints. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
