Account information: Your email address and hashed password when you register.
Verification data: Email addresses you submit for verification and the results of those checks (MX records, SMTP responses, disposability, etc.).
Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: API requests, credit consumption, job history, and browser/device information (IP address, user agent) for security and analytics.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Verification job results are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are purged. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

HubSpot — CRM and email marketing (only if you opt in to marketing communications).
Cloud hosting provider — servers and database infrastructure.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and rate limiting on all endpoints. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
